Return Policy


Metro Fireplace warranties all fireplaces for 90 days of purchase for manufacturer defects. Metro Fireplace will not accept customer remorse returns for any reason. If you are interested in purchasing a fireplace, please make sure you take all the correct measurements you need before placing the order.


If you refuse delivery of a product or it is unable to be delivered to the address you provided, we are unable to track your package back and it will result in not being able to refund your purchase.


In the event of damage to your product in shipping, please contact info@metrofireplace to arrange for replacement and pick-up of damaged fireplace.
